About The Role:
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Sales Operations and is directly responsible for collaborating with leadership to ensure the effective measurement, support and optimization of sales team performance. You will be accountable for helping a fast-growing organization scale up sales operations, while ultimately enhancing sales effectiveness and productivity.
The ideal candidate must have excellent program management skills with the ability to translate sales needs into technical requirements and manage stakeholder expectations. You are organized, strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships to drive change and influence without authority.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a trusted, strategic thought-partner to both the Sales and Ops leadership team
- Ensure Sales Ops team priorities are aligned and Sales business objectives are met across business systems, enablement, and business intelligence projects
- Create, monitor and optimize lead assignment, routing and pipeline management workflows and automations that drive team effectiveness, ensuring equitable distribution and timely follow-up on the part of the sales team
- Define and manage reports and dashboards that effectively communicate sales performance, partnering closely with business intelligence to build reports and provide key opportunity analysis
- Manage Salesforce hygiene and data accuracy, including the importing of leads, duplicate management and territory management
- Support the management, implementation, and troubleshooting tech stack integrations
- Effectively communicate process changes and recommendations within the company, and manage process documentation.
Experience We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years relevant experience in growth-stage SaaS company sales operations
- Experience managing a full suite of sales software. Our stack includes: Salesforce, GetSiteControl, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Drift, Pardot, Zapier, Customer.io, and coming soon: Marketo, Seismic
- Exceptional knowledge of SMB SaaS sales best practices, including metrics/key performance indicators
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilities, with a deep knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheets
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing senior level stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- Effective communicator, facilitator and collaborator
- Entrepreneurial mindset that is constantly seeking creative solutions and proactively identifying new areas of improvements
- Significant hands-on experience implementing and optimizing processes, procedures and tools
- Adaptable in rapidly changing environments with a high degree of comfort navigating ambiguity
- Can handle and protect sensitive data with care
Bonus points if:
- You are experienced with Asana and Google Suite
- You have first-hand experience working with small business restaurants

$82,800.00 – $143,700.00
