Our GTM Enablement team supports 2600+ sales and customer success professionals driving revenue and growth at one of the fastest-growing publicly traded companies in the SaaS industry. Our team is growing and we are currently looking for a Programme Manager Global Onboarding.  Your primary responsibility in this role will be to develop the long-term strategy and continuously improve our role-based onboarding programme Launch & Accelerate for all reps at HubSpot across our Sales and CS teams. You’ll also be responsible for using data to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what we need to change to optimise Time to Ramp. Your goal is to create a remarkable and equitable onboarding experience for our Sales and CS reps to set them up for success, drive maximum productivity and create a culture of learning from day one.

As a strategic partner to many cross-functional teams around the company, you will act as the voice and representative of the Sales and CS teams as your end customer. You won’t always be given a clear map to the solution, but you will be given the tools and autonomy to build that map and navigate to a successful end goal.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding for over twenty roles across Sales and CS at Hubspot.
  • Work closely with the Instructional Design team to continuously iterate and provide a world class, role-based onboarding experience that spans across the globe, yet caters to our regions.
  • Support the facilitation team to deliver impactful content that resonates with our new hires and that supports maximum productivity from the get-go.
  • Equip our Regional Enablement Partners to communicate with senior leadership on progress and status on a regular basis.
  • Stay on top of global trends regarding ‘best in class’ onboarding.
  • Develop a clear strategy to keep the onboarding programme relevant and reduce Time to Ramp.
  • Report on success metrics and write up debriefs.

Characteristics & Skills needed for the job:

  • Extensive experience in Enablement (Sales or CS Enablement preferred)
  • Understands what makes Sales and CS people tick – can empathize, build trust and provide support when needed.
  • Onboarding experience – Strong background in onboarding, either from an instructional design, facilitation or management/strategy perspective.
  • Managing ambiguity – You are comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Communication – Competence in group communications and public speaking; comfortable with appearing in and communicating through recorded video.
  • Setting strategic direction – The ability to work with stakeholders, understand needs and translate vision into a clear, global strategy is essential.
  • Creative Thinking – Driving process improvement & general operational vigor with a knack of “figuring it out.”
  • Data-driven decision making – Uses data to drive strategic planning or business changes. Influences with data and analysis. Can evaluate circumstances and weigh pros and cons in a situation using evidence

Driving Influence – Ability to gain idea buy-in from all types of stakeholders by defining expectations, planning ahead and careful communication. Capacity to shape or affect other people and situations.


Cash compensation range: 92000-128000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
