About the Role:

Snap! Mobile is seeking a dynamic and organized Revenue Operations Systems Associate to join our Revenue Operations team to help build the bridge between our internal stakeholders, products and business partners. This is a tactical role, producing output actionable plans and insights. In this role, you will be responsible for handling tasks for sales operations, support operations, marketing operations, customer education and partnership operations. The task management is all housed in Zendesk, where you would be a user and an admin. This role is vital to our success to facilitate and provide scalability, accountability, communication with stakeholders and execution of these tasks. You will need the ability to muti-task, produce documentation and execute as necessary. This is a very hands-on role. Requires excellent time management and attention to detail.

If you are familiar with Zendesk or hubspot tech stack and have been an architect or administrator before in this environment this is a bonus! We’re Seeking a go-getter personality, someone who wants to learn and grow in their operations career and comes with moderate exposure and interest managing these systems in the back end.

This is a Full-time / Remote Position.

Responsibilities:

  • Own administration of Zendesk and some of the HubSpot environment.
  • Manage and adapt to Revenue Operations activity and business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure highest of quality administration
  • Manage the distribution of communication through various channels, such as slide decks, slack channels, emails, documents, such as One Drive/Word, contract management system, internal support materials etc.
  • Seek to continuously improve Revenue Operations automation, triggers, workflows and training.
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices in Revenue Operations. Especially in HubSpot sales best practices, marketing operations best practices, and customer experience in Zendesk.
  • Working with revenue operations leadership, you will be expected to develop basic strategy at times and execute the operational needs.
  • Accustomed to professional communication

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Administration or similar background
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Must have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms, such as video editing software, content management systems and CRM
  • Must have experience in HubSpot and Zendesk environments
  • Good to have experience using Asana, Tableau
  • Must be a self-starter and manage your time effectively
  • Must be comfortable working in fast paced environment

Compensation depending on level of experience: $60K – $65K
