We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to help bring our story to life! You’ll be working alongside a solid team of marketers and our Director of Product Marketing.

Our Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing Ordergroove’s go-to-market strategy. You will touch all aspects of the product development and go-to-market process, from leading market and buyer research, developing product packaging and pricing, competitive intelligence, defining positioning and messaging, collaborating with demand gen on campaigns, and enabling our sales team. We’re looking for someone who can become an expert in our industry with a keen understanding of the needs of our customers. You’ll help make complex product concepts simple, create messaging that clearly explains Ordergroove’s value using our customers’ native language, and identify opportunities for differentiation. Your work will help transform our position in a booming market and drive growth of the business.

What you will do:

  • Become an expert in understanding our buyers’ needs, goals, and purchase journey through market research, surveys, and win/loss analysis.
  • Transform our messaging and positioning with value propositions to support our potential and existing customers’ needs and effectively position Ordergroove as a market leader.
  • Create and execute our product launch strategy by working closely with our product, sales, and customer success teams to effectively drive adoption.
  • Lead competitive intelligence to identify areas of opportunity and market differentiation.
  • Develop impactful enablement assets, such as case studies, sales decks, and demos that effectively communicate our value and messaging to the market.
  • Partner with our training and enablement team to educate  our sales and customer success teams on new products and features.
  • Assist with researching and developing our market size, penetration, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor the market and examine customer feedback to identify areas for improving our value proposition, packaging & positioning, and product roadmap.
  • Collaborate on projects with other marketing teams, including customer marketing, branding, content, demand generation, and digital marketing.

About you: 

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience, with 1-2 years specialization in product marketing
  • A natural storyteller and empathizer who relishes acting as the voice of the customer
  • Demonstrated track record of success with taking new products and features to market.
  • Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly and explain their value effectively.
  • A problem-solver, experienced in gathering market research, identifying trends, and communicating insights internally.
  • Outcomes-driven and a self-starter, who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly collaborative and capable of forming strong cross-functional relationships.

Bonus:

  • A solid understanding of the ecommerce market and/ subscriptions.

The pay transparency law is a way of narrowing the gender pay gap and fostering an engaged and positive working environment.  It is also a way to share what we think is a reasonable, equitable and competitive compensation structure for the roles on our team.

The base salary for this role ranges between $115,000 and $125,000 plus bonus.
